Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Rich & Girly pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Shipping windows are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

All content included on this site : text, graphics, logos, images, and brand names, is the property of Rich & Girly and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of our brand identity or products without express written permission from us.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our return policy is designed to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
- Certain items, such as used candles or personalized goods, may be final sale.

Rich & Girly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, our products or website. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.

11. Personalized and Monogrammed Goods
Due to the custom nature of our Monogram Medley collection and any other personalized items, the following terms apply:
- Final Sale: All monogrammed, engraved, or otherwise custom-made products are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing defect.
- Production Commencement: Once an order for a personalized item has been placed, we begin the design and production process immediately. Cancellations or modifications to custom orders cannot be accepted after 2 hours of order placement.
- Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all monograms, initials, and custom text provided at the time of purchase. Rich & Girly is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Defective Items: In the rare event that a personalized item arrives damaged or with an error made on our part, please contact our concierge team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to arrange for a replacement.
